Conrad Murray sends 'love' to Paris JacksonThe convicted former physician of Michael Jackson, Dr. Conrad Murray, has recorded an audio "letter" to the King of Pop's daughter Paris following her hospitalization on Wednesday because he cares about her, Murray told CNN in a statement via his attorney. His lawyer confirmed to CNN that Murray provided TMZ with the taped message, in which Murray told the 15-year-old: "I don't know what you're going through, but I'm sure whatever it is, it must be difficult. ... I don't know if there’s anything I can do to solve your pain, or help you with your problem, but I wanted you to know that I am here for you." The motivation, Murray's lawyer said, was his love for Jackson's children, which also includes sons Prince, 16, and Blanket, 11.

Lindsay Lohan has a new little brotherWednesday was court day for Lindsay Lohan, but it was also a cause for celebration: her dad Michael Lohan welcomed a baby boy with Kate Major, CNN's confirmed. Us Weekly and TMZ report that Major gave birth in a Florida hospital, and welcomed the new addition around 2:39 p.m. ET. His name is Landon Major Lohan, and he weighed in at seven pounds, five ounces.

Paparazzo involved in Bieber chase chargedA freelance paparazzo who was involved in a high-speed chase of Justin Bieber on a Southern California freeway on July 6 has been hit with four criminal charges by the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office. According to a statement from the City Attorney's Office issued on Wednesday, the pap in question is freelancer Paul Raef. He has been charged with following a vehicle too closely and driving recklessly with the purpose of getting potentially profitable photos; failing to follow the orders of a peace officer; and another separate count of reckless driving.

Lindsay Lohan's dental debacleLindsay Lohan’s teeth are causing quite a stink. People reports that the starlet’s smile was looking shabby on a red carpet in Los Angeles on Wednesday, and LiLo’s rep is firing back at media reports, defending his clients’ looks. "Lindsay is widely recognized as one of the most beautiful women on the planet, and is regularly sought-after by some of the top photographers in the world to appear on covers of magazines around the globe,” Lindsay’s rep Steve Honig commented to CNN regarding the widely distributed (and disturbing) photos. Honig would also like us to avert our gaze: “There are so many more important issues the media should be focusing on, such as homelessness, lack of funding for public education and relations between America and its allies."  |
