'Lesbians who look like Justin Bieber' won't accept new haircutIt's been a little while since Justin Bieber shocked fans by debuting a more 'mature' haircut, but some are still in denial over the loss of his signature side-swept 'do. No one seems to be more upset, however, than the founder of a blog called 'Lesbians Who Look Like Justin Bieber,' a catalog of women who have a striking resemblance to the teen pop star. According to the blog's creator, Dannielle Owens-Reid, ever since Bieber changed his hairstyle, look-a-likes have submitted only one photo sporting the new look. Owens-Reid told "Showbiz Tonight's" Brooke Anderson that they are "never going to not love Justin Bieber," but she went on to say that having to choose between the "swoopie" or the "spikey" is too much to think about.

Jordan Knight to Biebs: Don't think you're GodWho better to offer teen idol Justin Bieber career advice than Jordan Knight? The 40-year-old singer was barely older than the Biebs when he ruled the charts as part of New Kids on the Block in the late '80s and early '90s. "I would say have a lot of fun with it," Knight told PopEater of 17-year-old Bieber's current superstar status. "Obviously, he has a lot of talent, he's a great singer." However, Knight, who embarked on a solo career after the New Kids disbanded in the mid-'90s, warns Bieber not to let superstardom go to his head.

Justin Bieber wants to grow a mustacheFirst he rocked Beliebers with his mature, shorter do, and now Justin Bieber is about to send fans into another frenzy. The 17-year-old says he is giving his razor a rest and wants to grow some whiskers. "im not shaving for a month so you all can see my mustache," baby-faced Bieber tweeted on March 5. "im pumped." But are fans going to be excited for a nearly bearded Bieber? Possibly.

Bieber's lock of hair sells on Ebay for $40kJustin Bieber should grow his hair out for another round of trimming - surely there's another charity that could use the kind of cash a lock of his hair goes for. Ellen DeGeneres tweeted that all she wanted for her birthday was world peace and a lock of Bieber's hair, and the now 17-year-old star came through, swinging by DeGeneres' daytime talk show in February to deliver the belated gift. The duo teamed up to turn the present into a fundraiser for The Gentle Barn, a nonprofit organization that rescues abused farm animals. DeGeneres auctioned the lock of hair on Ebay beginning February 23, and the final bid came in today at $40,668. FULL POST

Bieber's 17th birthday plans? Hopefully, cheesecakeUnlike most 17-year-olds, Justin Bieber doesn't want a big blowout when he celebrates his birthday March 1. "I'm just going to relax, because I start my world tour starting on [March 4] — so [I'm] going to mentally prepare and just relax. No birthday bash," he tells "Entertainment Tonight" of his plans. That's not to say that he won't have a sweet time. "Hopefully my grandparents will be out here and I'll be able to spend time, a little bit, with them. My grandma makes the best cheesecake — cherry cheesecake," he says. "She made that for my 13th birthday."

Justin Bieber to be immortalized in waxFirst he was turned into a plastic doll, and now Justin Bieber is getting the wax treatment by Madame Tussauds. "I'm honored to be getting my own wax figures at Madame Tussauds New York, London, and Amsterdam," says the Bieb, whose doubles will make their debut in March. "To be immortalized in wax alongside some of my idols — Michael Jackson, Prince, Beyoncé and my mentor, Usher — is incredibly exciting and very cool." The singer was measured for his wax figure prior to lopping off his signature hairstyle, which begs the question: What kind of haircut will the Tussauds' teen idol be sporting? FULL POST |
