Madonna takes on Gaga with 'Born This Way' mashupThey say imitation is the greatest form of flattery, but Madonna's recent cover of Lady Gaga's "Born This Way" might not be seen as such. Madonna on track for record sales drop?Madonna had the biggest album debut of the year with her new offering, "MDNA," but the disc's second week sales may lead to a less flattering record. Forbes reports that the superstar's latest is on track to have the biggest second-week drop in chart history. Katy Perry dedicates Super Bowl song to TebowTim Tebow wasn't playing in Sunday's Super Bowl, but you might've thought he was by the way Katy Perry kept dropping his name. The pop star was on hand in Indianapolis, Indiana to play her first U.S. performance since splitting from Russell Brand in December, and E! reports that she also handed out an award at the NFL Honors ceremony on Saturday. Tebow, who happened to be sitting in the front row of the audience, was called out by Perry, who may have heard the gossip that her parents are trying to set her up with the quarterback. "Hey Tim," Perry said while handing off the first honor of the night, "my parents say 'Hi.'" Madonna releases video for 'Give Me All Your Luvin'This is the week of Madonna, if you haven't noticed. Her movie "W.E." opens today in limited release, she's performing at the Super Bowl on Sunday, and when she's not promising to keep her clothes on during her act, she's also releasing new music from her upcoming album, "M.D.N.A." Fans got a preview of the video for her track "Give Me All Your Luvin'" during "American Idol" on Thursday, and on Friday, Madge released the video in full. The single itself, a version of which leaked in November, officially premiered on radio Friday morning. |
