Bethenny Frankel's out of a talk show, and more news to note

Today's talk you might've missed:

  • Bethenny Frankel's daytime talk show is no more. The former reality star's program "Bethenny" has been canceled after one season. [Deadline]
  • Nicki Minaj is joining the recent parade of celebrities who need to air their regrets. The rapper came under fire after she used a photo of Malcolm X as artwork for a new song called "Lookin' A** N****," and she's since pulled the art and offered an apology for its use. [EW]
  • We haven't said "Beetlejuice" three times fast, but it looks like we don't have to! Michael Keaton says he and Tim Burton are still trying to crank out a sequel. [MTV]
  • OK, so NBC pulled its "Murder, She Wrote" reboot out from under Octavia Spencer. But the Oscar winner lands on her feet: she's lined up another pilot over at Fox, a soapy dramedy called "Red Band Society." [THR]
  • Don't think you have a Valentine? Of course you do! James Franco is for the taking:
