Kanye, post-'College Dropout': I'm the same guyIn the 10 years since Kanye West released his debut album "College Dropout," a lot has changed for the man. He's gone from an unknown to a global phenomenon; from a game-changing rap artist to an ambitious pop-culture creator who refuses to limit his palette; and from a mainly harmless trendsetting upstart to one of pop culture's most vilified figures. And that's aside from the peaks and valleys in his personal life, from his familial loss to his familial gain with Kim Kardashian and daughter North. But to West, now 36, he's still the same guy.
The Atlanta-born, Chicago-bred star celebrated the 10-year anniversary of "College Dropout's" release on Monday, and as the day wore on the once-prolific Twitter user returned to the site to reflect on his landmark album: |
