Two stars return for 'Pitch Perfect 2'

Could there be casting news more perfect than this?

After scaring us slightly with the thought of there being a "Pitch Perfect 2" without Anna Kendrick or Rebel Wilson, both actresses have since confirmed that they're on board.

The duo played talented (and hilarious) singers in 2012's "Pitch Perfect," which was about an all-female college a cappella group. Elizabeth Banks, who both starred and produced the first film, confirmed in January that she's going to direct the sequel, although at the time it wasn't clear if Wilson and Kendrick would join her.

But on Thursday, our worries were put aside:

"Pitch Perfect 2" will be written by Kay Cannon, who scripted the first film as well. Expect to hear more amazing a cappella remixes when the movie bows in theaters on May 15, 2015.
