Arnold Schwarzenegger pranks Gold's Gym members

Hopefully this video of Arnold Schwarzenegger pranking members of a Gold's Gym will pump you up.

The actor-turned-politician-turned-actor-again recently swung by the Venice, California branch to pull one over on unsuspecting fitness buffs.

Wearing a baseball cap and a mustache to rival a Mario Bros, Schwarzenegger posed as a gym employee named "Howard" whose express purpose was to help gym members get more out of their workouts.

That more or less included getting one thirsty woman to do reps at the water fountain, giving out pointers on crunches and wiping the sweaty brow of another exerciser.

Judging from their reactions in the video, which captured Schwarzenegger's undercover operation, several Gold's Gym members figured out the ruse, but one woman seemed to be in the dark. "You look so familiar to me," she told "Howard."

"Maybe you saw me on the FBI Most Wanted list," he replied.

Schwarzenegger participated in the video in an effort to raise awareness for both health and fitness and to support the After-School All-Stars program. What would you do if you caught Schwarzenegger working out at your gym?
