Lady Gaga and R. Kelly did what on 'SNL?'

Lady Gaga put in some overtime this weekend, serving as both host and musical guest on "Saturday Night Live."

Though Gaga has been combining music and shock value for years, she's now competing with Miley Cyrus for the most attention-grabbing performance, and she and R. Kelly gave it quite the go.

The pair performed "Do What U Want" from Gaga's new album ARTPOP and they got down and dirty....literally. Gaga jumped on Kelly and wrapped her legs around him and also bent over double while backing up into Kelly. At one point she dropped to the floor and laid on her back while Kelly did push ups on top of her. MTV called it "scandalous choreography."

EW wondered "If you’re going way too far on purpose, is it really way too far?" about the performance while the Business Insider refered to it as "one of the singer's most bizarre moments" on the show. In the midst of her singing, Gaga also took on a few skits including as an Apple Genuis bar employee and an old version of herself.
