Joseph Gordon-Levitt's lip-syncing will put yours to shameJoseph Gordon-Levitt is legitmiately talented when it comes to music - and that now also includes lip-syncing. The "Don Jon" actor/writer/director appeared on Jimmy Fallon's "Late Night" on Tuesday for a lip-sync battle with the host and Stephen Merchant. It truly is a "battle of the ages."
It turns out Merchant created the game with expectant parents John Krasinski and Emily Blunt, and the objective is to just out-lip-sync your competitors. Merchant set a high bar with his lip-syncing of The Fresh Prince and DJ Jazzy Jeff's "Boom! Shake the Room" - we had to pause we were laughing so hard - but Levitt is a strong competitor. (Merchant must've intuitively known that, because he wouldn't even shake Levitt's hand after he finished his last "Boom!") Taking the mic with "Tiny Dancer," Levitt did a hell of a lip-sync - the key to any good impersonation is clearly all in the facial expressions. Although Merchant hit back with "Single Ladies," Levitt returned the fire with the "contemporary pop classic," "Super Bass." So who won?
