While you were working....

Today's news you might've missed:

  • This season Stephen Moyer got to step behind the camera on his series "True Blood" and it turns out he enjoyed a particular aspect of his directing duties. "It was a lot of fun doing three hours of makeup and getting into complete red-blob land, and then directing my fellow actors naked," he said. Yeah, we can only imagine. [People]
  • We know divorce in Hollywood is not uncommon, still we couldn't help but feel a bit sad to learn that Jennie Garth and Peter Facinelli have formally ended their marriage of 11 years. The couple's divorce was recently finalized. [LA Times]
  • Ben Affleck is no stranger to awards lately and now he has another one for his mantle. He received the Guy of the Year Award at the seventh annual Spike TV Guys Choice Awards. Chalk up another win for that glorious beard that needs to come back. [EW]
  • Robert Pattinson is the new face of Dior Homme fragrance for men, but you won't see his ads on your local stations. The ads are sadly only running in Asia and Europe. [USA Today]
  • As the world awaits the impending arrival of a new royal Windsor, the trailer for the movie about Princess Diana starring Naomi Watts has hit the web. Check it out:
