"Dancing With the Stars" went on with the show on Monday night, but not without acknowledging the devastation a tornado had just caused in Oklahoma.
The massive storm ripped through the Oklahoma City suburb of Moore on Monday, leaving hundreds of people injured and killing 24.
Host Tom Bergeron explained that as a live show, "DWTS" sometimes has to carry on in the wake of ghastly events.
"While we’re having a celebration here [in the ballroom]," Bergeron said, "we want you to know our thoughts are with everyone who’s been affected by the devastating tornado in Oklahoma City." He requested that the audience hold their applause when the show returned from a commercial break to recognize the victims, their families and the first responders.
With Tuesday's episode being the season finale, the last four competitors gave it their all throughout the two hours, with each team performing three routines: judges' choice, a cha cha relay, and the freestyle.
Disney star Zendaya is still proving to be the one to beat, as she brought in two perfect 30 scores with her partner Val Chmerkovskiy, plus a five out of five on her cha cha relay.
Right behind her was "Idol" alum Kellie Pickler, who also nailed two perfect scores with Derek Hough and was just a point behind Zendaya on the cha cha relay.
That left Aly Raisman, whose freestyle earned a perfect score, and Jacoby Jones, who fell short of 30 on both judges' choice and his freestyle, trailing behind.
Who do you think is going to take home the Mirror Ball trophy tonight?
