'DWTS' bids farewell to another starAndy Dick initially found "Dancing with the Stars" to be pretty similar to rehab, but his stint came to an end on Tuesday night's show. The performer is the latest star to be eliminated from the competition, and the rest of the cast was sure to let him know how much he'll be missed.
While Dick isn't going to miss his rehearsals, as he told Entertainment Weekly, he will long for the "weekly feeling of accomplishment" the competition brought. His partner, Sharna Burgess, noted how much Dick had progressed over the past nine weeks. "He learned not just the rumba and the cha cha, but overcame so many personal struggles," she said. Dick acknowledged that the competition taught him a lot more than simply rhythm. “This is just so not what I do,” he told EW. “To stay this long doing something that is not me is weird.” |
