Rihanna sets new Billboard record with 'Stay'

Thanks to "Stay," Rihanna is the first artist in the 20-year history of Billboard’s Pop Songs radio airplay chart to have 10 No. 1 hits.

The singer's pop ballad with Mikky Ekko pushed her past Katy Perry, who has racked up nine No. 1s since 2008.

As Billboard notes, “Stay” is the second piano-and-vocal-only hit (out of 259 songs) to reach No. 1 on the chart. Bruno Mars’ “When I Was Your Man” is the first.

Report: Anna Kendrick, Gemma Arterton join ‘The Voices’

Anna Kendrick and Gemma Arterton will reportedly star alongside Ryan Reynolds in Marjane Satrapi’s psychological thriller, “The Voices,” according to Deadline.

It’s still unclear which roles the women would play in the film, which centers on bathtub factory worker Jerry Hickfang (Reynolds), who hears his dog and cat speak.

Michael R. Perry (“Paranormal Activity 2,” “The River”) penned the screenplay for “The Voices,” which Deadline writes will soon begin filming in Berlin.

The entertainment site first reported in October 2012 that Reynolds was in talks to star in the flick.

Kendrick has been praised for 2012’s “Pitch Perfect,” while Arterton was last seen on the big screen in this year’s “Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters.”
