While you were working ...

Today's news you might've missed:

  • Are you dying to write fan fiction that can spawn a boon of a book series and an eventual movie? (No snark, because we kind of are - do you know how much money that could make?) "Fifty Shades" author E.L. James is giving the lowdown on how to pull that off with a forthcoming "how-to" guide. We'll see you on the best-sellers list. [Vanity Fair]
  • Mindy Kaling is also going to put her fingers to the keyboard for a new creation. The writer/actress/TV exec said that she's penning a follow-up to "Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me?" that will focus on "the high highs and the low lows of the past 18 months." [Deadline]
  • We'll be dancing with Ellen DeGeneres for at least the next four years. The daytime host's talk show has been renewed through the 2017 season. [USA Today]
  • Apparently, Kelly Osbourne is feeling "fine and naughty" after suffering a seizure last week on the set of E!'s "Fashion Police," said her mom, Sharon Osbourne, on "The Talk." [People]
  • Don't start dreaming up replacements for Elisabeth Hasselbeck just yet. Barbara Walters said on "The View" today that "there are no plans for Elisabeth to leave this show." [ABC News]
  • Thanks to a Flickr photo that's been floating around, some think Harry Styles loves butterflies enough to get one tattooed on his chest ... in a way that takes up practically all of its real estate. [Celebuzz]

Danielle Fishel on why she didn't date 'Boy Meets World' co-star

Danielle Fishel and Ben Savage played one of TV's favorite couples in the '90s, so it wouldn't have been too surprising if their romance also moved off-screen.

"Boy Meets World: Where are they now?"

Yet, in a new interview with Maxim - which she also seductively posed for - Fishel says she and her co-star never went there.

When it comes to The CW's "The Carrie Diaries," it sounds  like we should consider Sarah Jessica Parker unimpressed.
