NKOTB, Boyz II Men, 98 Degrees to deliver with 'Package' tour

If reliving the '90s sounds like the perfect must-do this summer, you're in luck: New Kids on the Block has organized a '90s boy band tour.

The group, referred to as NKOTB, announced Tuesday that they've joined forces with Boyz II Men (squee!) and 98 Degrees (OMG!) for "The Package Tour."

98 Degrees member Nick Lachey said in a statement that fans can certainly expect to reminisce with old hits. “We are really excited to get back on the road together and tour with our friends in NKOTB and Boyz II Men," Lachey said. "Looking forward to playing our hits and trying out some of our new tracks too."

The tour will run from May 31 through July 13, kicking off in Uncasville, Connecticut, and ending in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The "Package Tour" will stop through Boston, MA; Toronto, ON; Cleveland, OH; Washington, D.C.; Philadelphia, PA; Nashville, TN; Atlanta, GA; Houston, TX; Los Angeles, CA; and Las Vegas, NV, along the way.

As Lachey hinted, in addition to the "Package Tour" NKOTB is set to release new music. A new album, "10," will arrive on April 2 and a new song, "Remix (I Like The)," will be released on January 28.

“Ladies, we’re coming for you,” said NKOTB's Donnie Wahlberg in a statement. “This is going to be the craziest year yet-the single, the album, the tour with 98 Degrees and Boyz II Men … We can’t wait to give fans ‘The Package!’”

Boyz II Men's Shawn Stockman said the group "couldn’t be more excited to join New Kids on the Block and 98 Degrees on ‘The Package Tour.’ This summer is going to be fun and fans will not want to miss it." Wanya Morris added that the tour “has been in the works for a while ... ‘The Package’ is on its way, and we’re going to deliver.”

Tickets can be purchased via TicketMaster.com starting February 2.

      To anyone that is saying they are doing this because they need the money. Look up their net worth (nkotb) they don't need the money trust me. Just because a group isnt mainstream anymore doesnt mean they are broke & just want to make money. They do it because they love music & their fans!!!

      I don't usually jump in on these – strictly entertainment for me. However, the person who said Justin Beiber wannabees – what are you 12? Justin will tell you himself that any member of BoyZ II Men could individually hold his own against anyone out there right now. Dude – you are talking about legends in the making when it comes to Boyz II Men and they don't have to make mor music.as their music is still on the radio today. Fall back clueless one.
