Overheard: Kristen Stewart's sorry, everyoneKristen Stewart already apologized for her "indiscretion" with director Rupert Sanders yet the 22-year-old actress is making amends once again - although she doesn't say specifically for what. “It’s not a terrible thing if you’re either loved or hated. But honestly, I don’t care 'cause it doesn’t keep me from doing my s***," the "On the Road" actress told Newsweek. "And I apologize to everyone for making them so angry. It was not my intention.”
When news broke of Stewart's connection with Sanders, she made sure to also extend her apology to her presumed boyfriend and "Twilight Saga" co-star, Robert Pattinson. Since then, both actors have been intensely watched for clues to the shifts in their relationship. "It’s a little annoying having to be so compartmentalized,” Stewart said of the attention. “But I’m going out a lot more now. I was starting to get closed off and self-conscious, and I’m trudging forth into the world more often." Perhaps that's because she's feeling relief now that the "Twilight" era - or, at least, her part in it - is officially done. “I start every project to finish the motherf****r, and to extend that [mentality] over a five-year period adapting all of these treasured moments over four books, it was constantly worrying," she said. "But as long as people’s perspective of me doesn’t keep me from doing what I want to do, it doesn’t matter.” |

Being human has nothing to do with her actions. She knew it was wrong and still chose to do it anyways. You cannot use the being human argument when you know you are doing wrong...if you know it is wrong then it is something you are doing despite the fact that you know you should not do it. Has nothing to do with being human. It has to do with a person being an idiot and this is something she will never live down and will always be remembered for.

There are qualified, classically trained actors. Stated simply, she is neither.
Physically, she is attractive, however, her personality detracts from any beauty. There is no depth. She seems to be a very superficial young person who thinks more of herself than appropriate. In a word, common.
I think your logic is sound. But think about this though (Another perspective). Define the term successful? example: Howard Stern was hated by a lot when he first started. The reason why he is so successful is because nobody liked him saying what he wanted.

What the hell is she saying anyway? I am not sure if it made sense to someone else, but I am still scratching my head. But I have to agree with you. That was the same impression I had of her seeing her in some interview on a network channel a few years ago.

As an actress myself, I agree that Kristen isn't the best there is. She's also not the worst either. For all of you haters out there, unless you think you can do a better job, I would suggest not saying anything on her acting skills.
I have nothing against her acting. I think she did a good job. I do think that she needs to gain more self respect and self esteem or the work may cause too much damage to her personally. I am not an actor and can only imaging how difficult it can be on anyone. I feel sorry for the actors who are never left alone by the public. Actors never have freedom to just be who they want to be. I for one don't think it is a very glamorous job... but I do enjoy watching their performances.

she is in the public eye. she is asking people to pay money to watch her perform. people have a right to criticize! get it? if she OR u are so scared of criticism why be in the public eye. she is what she is because of the public and people have a right a right to their opinion about her. i dont hate her acting at all but considering she is some sorta royalty and noone can criticize her bothers me! but you have to agree theres room for improvement for her atleast where expressions are concerned and rather than calling criticizers as haters maybe she or you should try to work or your respective skills and not blame ppl!

A cheater is always a cheater ,I know! I married one, got rid of him thanks goodness! now he is cheating at his lover ha!
I don't agree with that at all and i say this from experience. i cheated on an ex ( who is still a good friend) in my early 20s and i can hold my hand up now and saw it is something i will NEVER do again. I caught carried away with the attention i was getting from the other guy and made a genuine mistake, if anything i learnt from it and realised some things are just not worth it. I'd like to believe she feels the same way i do based on all the statements she has made about the whole thing; also she did not break up a marriage because the guy is still very much with his wife.
I can't say I'm a fan. The Twilights were a decent series and she did a good job at moping around and looking sad. She seems annoyed at having to promote her movies and having to do interviews, which is weird considering the profession she chose. I saw her on Leno (or some late night show) and she didn't seem able to keep up with the conversation. There was a lot of "yeas" and "umms" and awkward silences. It made her look kind of stupid. She also seems immature to use all that profanity, especially when you know it's going in print. I just think she need to grow up a bit if she plans on continuing in the acting profession. Once you get a reputation (whatever that might be) it's hard to get people to hire you.
You should practice what you preach. First of all, all you've done is rehash old news from years gone by. Nothing new here. Yes, she's a lousy interview and yes, she got stuck doing the same character for three movies. I've seen her in other things and she's not the character she plays in the Twilight movies. She did an excellent job in The Runaways and some of the things she did before Twilight were also very good. As for her interview skills, she's said many times she doesn't like doing them but she is contractually obligated. That be said, get over it dude.
I don't care what anyone says, she freakin' hot. I'd love to butter her muffin in the morning.

I think ti's time for people to get over the whole "cheating" thing with Stewart. She made a stupid mistake as a young person, she apologized, she got back with her boyfriend, and they're trying to get their relationship to work. Whatever happens from here on out is between them. As for her acting, I really do wish she would go to school and change careers. She seems to not enjoy acting, and she doesn't seem to be that good at it. So, it's time for her to find an area that she is passionate about.

She is wonderfully quirky and offbeat, I like that. She is also a good (and getting better) actress, and DAMN she's gorgeous! Now, I wouldn't stalk the woman or anything like that, but if I were famous? Yeah, Rob the corpse would have to be on his best game because I'd be going after that!
She's a horrible actress. She has the emotional range of a dead tuna. Her lack of acting ability single handedly killed Snow White and the Huntsman. And she really isn't even that attractive, hell there are probably 4 or 5 chicks in the random office building I work in that are more attractive than she is.
