Comedy= Big Bang Theory
Drama = Perception
Can't believe Boss isn't on the list. Damn good show. Can't believe it is being canceled!
Where is The Colbert Report, Elementary, Once Upon a Time? And, "Community" rules!!!!
Too bad Lost isn't still running. It was better than all those shows. And where is Once Upon a Time...highly underrated.
The newsroom was by far the best new show out there
Sons Of Anarchy and It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia allll day errrrday!
Ink Master is a really awesome new reality show!
What about I dream of jeannie.
Nashville!
Great Show!
What about Grimm.
I pity the foal who doesn't vote for My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
They left off Grimm and Once Upon a Time – two excellent shows.
I can't believe you didn't include Gold Rush on the reality TV list.
GOLD RUSH! It's so addictive.
Admit it, you just like hearing them talk about the glory hole.
Or that the old man's name is Jack Hoffman.
Hands down SONS OF ANARCHY is #1
Totally agree. The best show on TV!

walking dead sounds about right, neighbors no way.
5) New Girl
4) Bob's Burgers
3) Community
2) It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia
1) The Office
Comedies: "The League" and "Parks and Recreation". I miss "Curb Your Enthusiasm" – c'mon Larry!!!
Drama: "Breaking Bad", "Sons of Anarchy", "Walking Dead" (season 3) and "The Good Wife".
i don't watch tv so i would not know....
Can't believe Mike and Molly wasn't on the list? My vote for best comedy! "The Neighbors" would be a close second. "Walking Dead", hand's down, the best drama.
Mostly this list is pure Bollocks. Since TV has been thoroughly abused by the constant stream of unscripted crap shows, there really isn't much of interest left to watch. I have been relegated to Discovery, History, and Sports where I used to be a premium consumer of TV shows. After 35 years in show biz, I can speak honestly about the rotten state of modern TV.
It's a good thing you came here to vote, then.....wait.....
Sorry, but you're wrong. The quality of tv shows is better than ever if you stay away from the big 4 networks. It's all on AMC, FX, HBO, and Showtime.
Agreed. The only time my tv is tuned to any of the four major networks; is when I watch the local news or football. Their other programming is horrible and lacks depth and thought. HBO, AMC, FX, Showtime and even Cinemax are ruling the roost.
A league of their own
DR. WHO!!!!!!
"Supernatural" is my favorite show these days.
Revenge, New Girl and the Mindy Project. Dallas has potential, as does Ben & Kate.
Had to type in SPARTACUS!
The League
Where is DALLAS from TNT? One of the best re-boots ever! Can't wait for the new season to start on Jan 28!
TV is in a funny period, but some of the writing is really starting to improve. And the top dramas are impressive. The reality shows are showing that good characters are essential.
The Walking Dead and American Horror Story.
Greys Anatomy is still a favorite. Great mix of drama and comedy. There should be a seperate catergory for game shows vs. reality shows. And I agree, there were several good new shows that were left off Scandal, Elementary . .
DoctorWho
More – always sunny in Philiadelphia
NCIS
"Parenthood!!"
5. dexter 4. weeds 3. board walk empire 2. game of thrones 1. true blood
My top five:
5) The Newsroom
4) Sons of Anarchy
3) Homeland
2) Walking Dead
1) Game of Thrones
My reason for "Thrones" being number one, is that I am a huge fan of the books. The books/series, makes "Lord of the Rings" look like something a middle school child would read. The size of the world and plot structure, is second to none. The cast on the HBO series, is spot on. If you haven't seen it, give it a try. You will not be disappointed......Winter is coming!!!
middle school kids do read Lord of the Rings...at least when I was in middle school in the 60s
Very true. But I doubt they could read Treasure Island, these days. They spend to much time watching Honey BooBoo, with their dumbed down parents!!
the last thing you want to do is watch "that" all day.
Best Drama- 1."Person of Interest"; 2. "Hawaii Five O"; 3. " Revenge" 4. "Once Upon a Time"; 5. "666 Park Avenue"
Best Comedy-.1. "2 Broke Girls"; 2. "2 and a Half Men"; 3. "Mike and Molly"
The Walking Dead and Sons of Anarchy. They weren't record-breaking for nothing! Highly intense, entertaining, well-written shows. The actors are all fantastic.
I completly agree! My two favorite shows!
Scandal is the best show this year. you never know what is going to happen. it keeps a person in suspense.
Mike and Molly for Best Comedy, the Amazing Race for best reality, and SCANDAL for best drama!
Revolution is good, but all the rest is unwatchable.
Sons Of Anarchy.!!!
its important.
Hands down, HomeLand. Best written and acting on TV. Long time since I've look forward to a show coming on
vampire diaries!!!!
Feel the poll left out some great shows...Grimm, Elementary, Don't Trust the B...
i love walking dead , 2 broke girls , storage wars , billy the exterminater and duck dynesty these r my favorites
How about Storage Wars?
Grimm?
Sons Of Anarchy is the best show on tv without a doubt!
any show with lots of funny p ooooop jokes
I'm w/ya on WD & AHS. I have enjoyed Once Upon a Time & Haven, also.
the 1950s leave it to beaver, kim clement on the tbn network
I consider some of those "reality" shows to be game shows.
Outer Limits and Twilight Zone. Also "Sierra" – the show about forest rangers working in the Sierra Nevada mountains. It's mega cool.
Buffy The Vampire Slayer or Supernatural.
I used to love Supernatural but missed a few episodes and that was the end of that. Again it was due to the fact I keep fogetting when it came on. Sam was headed to the dark side at the time.
Mine this year is probably Northern Exposure. St Elsewhere is also good but guess I'll stick with Northern Exposure. That or High Chapparal.
Ted -There's a new show coming out called The Cosby Show. It has comedian Bill Cosby playing a doctor and is about his family. They will live in a Brooklyn brownstone.
Two Broke Girls, is fantastic.
For middle school humor.
Favorite t.v. show is the Walking Dead. I can't get enough of that show. American Horror is also good, but I keep forgetting when it's on so I usually miss it.
Yup. Both of those shows, "The Walking Dead" and "American Horror Story: Asylum", should be at the top of the list. Both are well written, acted and keep you wanting more. "Breaking Bad","Boardwalk Empire", and "Justified" would round out my top 5.
