President Obama's advice to Jay-ZSeeing how they're basically BFFs now, it follows that President Obama and Jay-Z would get around to talking about personal stuff, like their kids. As Obama pointed out a recent fundraiser Jay and his wife Beyonce held for the president at Jay's 40/40 club in New York, the two men actually have a few things in common. Both of them are married to women who are more popular than they are, and both men are also fathers of girls.
And so, during a recent radio interview with Cleveland station Z107.9, via the Huffington Post, Obama noted that he's given his pal Jay a few words of parenting wisdom. "I made sure that Jay-Z was helping Beyonce out with the baby," Obama said, referring to the couple's daughter, Blue Ivy. "And not leaving it all with mom and the mother-in-law." If that seems a little forward, well, they are pretty close, the president continued. "I’ve gotten to know these guys over the first several years. They’re good people. They're down-to-earth," he said. "Beyonce could not be sweeter to Michelle and the girls. So they’re good friends. ... We talk about the same things I talk about with all my friends." Too bad that the president didn't have any pull with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office - while Jay-Z and Bey clearly have friends in high places, the famous couple still lost their bid to trademark Blue Ivy's name.

Let me say this i voted for The President both terms, i use to be A dj and played this song so many times that i never paid attention to the lyrics. I am so sorry to JESUS that i played this song and I hope some of you will not buy JAY z PRoducts until he repents for those Lyrics. My son can not even have NBA 2013 because Jay z is connected to it. This is my public repentence to GOD JESUS and the HOLY SPIRIT. GOD BLESS all of you and may the LORD guide your path

Obama needs to pal around with black intellectuals in the public eye – not with rappers or athletes. Less, not more, attention needs to be paid to black athletes and rappers. Blacks are astoundingly under-educated, and there seems to be utterly no evidence of this changing. Come on Obama.
Okay... we've just reached our quota of black rappers and athletes. Now it's time to start producing black scientists, doctors, engineers,and technologists.

I guess you haven't met movers and shakers on wall street – some of them are not so smart either – corrupt as the day is long, but not smart. Here is a person who works very hard to make a hugely successful career and many of the commentors want to bad mouth him – to those who have, I wish you all the success you deserve 🙂
