Beyonce's Super Bowl Halftime Show: What do you want to see?So after Beyonce hinted at the news with a clever photo on her website Tuesday, the NFL went ahead and confirmed that the 31-year-old entertainer is going to perform at the XLVII Super Bowl Halftime Show. We're stoked, because we know Beyonce can put on one hell of a show. But what should she cover in her set? And better yet, who should join her?
Since the performance is going to happen in New Orleans, we wonder if any hometown artists will make an appearance - like Frank Ocean, for example. As MTV notes, Ocean and Bey worked on her "4" album together, and that's aside from the fact that Ocean's currently one of music's brightest (and highly praised) stars. While we'd like to put money down on a bet that hubby Jay-Z will drop in for a few bars - perhaps echoing Beyonce's appearance at Jay's last performance at Brooklyn's Barclays Center earlier this month - that might not happen because it'd lack the element of surprise. Interestingly enough, Entertainment Weekly is pulling for a Destiny's Child reunion, believing that they're "the only contemporaries that have a shot at an appearance," given that the superstar mom will have limited performance time and likely wouldn't want to share the stage "with many people, especially those who might be silly enough to try and upstage her." We're not as convinced, but then again, those Destiny's Child reunion rumors have been awfully persistent. Our only hope is that she finds a way to fit in the song "Countdown," a la her "Countdown to Touchdown" photo. What are you hoping to see Beyonce perform at the Super Bowl, and who are you thinking could guest star? The XLVII Super Bowl Halftime Show will air on CBS February 3.

I would like to see Wolfe Blitz from CNN perform since he hates President Obama so much. Notice him after the Monday, 3rd and final Presidental Debate. He hate given the President any credit. If it's not the Clinton's are Mitt he find so many hateful remarks to say. Has anyone notice the line-up panel of CNN. Wolfe and Gloria Borger would perform well at the superbowl...hating in the President...giving fraudulent poll numbers after contacting only republicans...what a team! there are a lot of great new artists. Do you research and give us something new and refreshing. Not the same predictable show. Please! And I'm not talking Lady Gaga. She does not use her talent properly. She's too in to looking the weirdest out. When she's really just a regular talented woman. I wish she would just be herself and stop trying to get the shock attention. She looks like a fool but sounds good. No one wants to see a fool on half time
Lady Gaga is weird for her fans, she does it so that they don't feel alone, so that they know that shes with them every step of the way, she's basically what gives me hope in my life, she keeps me happy otherwise I'm the most depressing person... But yeah. HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY. Also i'd love to see Lady Gaga at the Super Bowl with her, of course. 🙂
Let me guess she's going to be wearing hardly nothing and shaking her wig and ass on stage and hardly singing. I guess she better get it in while she can being that she's around 40 not 30 years old. She's gonna have to put some clothes on at some point. And please don't try to sing a ballad, that would be torture.

Beyonce has it all, class, beauty, talent, she is a great person, very humble. For people to say she can't dance and sing live, please look up her Glastonbury show where they require all artists to sing live. Look up the video of her singing in the hospital or the dressing room of American Idol. Ask any of your favorite artist who one of their favorites are and I promise at least out of 10 times Beyonce's name will be on the list. Hate all you want but she does not have 16 Grammy's for nothing!

I'm actually excited for a Super Bowl Performance from Beyonce. I would love to see Beyonce and Lady Gaga perform Telephone together for the first time.
I would love to see JimI Hendrix perform. Even a hologram Jimi would be good. And Led Zeppelin. And maybe Jefferson Airplane with Grace Slick. And maybe The Rolling Stones from the 1960s when they were good. That would be very nice. I would smile.

I think this will be a great show. And I'd love to see Frank Ocean, Lil Wayne AND Jay pop up! I'm fine with any song except single ladies ..its too overdone. I'm thinking countdown, naughty girl, run the world and if she brings back destiny's child then 'soldier' is a must!

Actually is one of the few entertainers that does it all on stage – sing live, dance and perform in 4 inch heels. It is the reason she is so successful and has longevity in the business.
BTW, just because you can not appreciate someone does not mean you have to down play their talents.

Well you got it! Beyonce does not lip-sync. Just try googling her live performance and then judge for yourself. This lady is one of the few awesome and real performers left. Just put your bias aside and do some research...I dare you!
