Overheard: Mitt Romney has LiLo's supportThe celebrity vote for Mitt Romney has a potential new member: Lindsay Lohan. The 26-year-old actress revealed her current presidential pick on Thursday at a promotional event for Mr. Pink's Ginseng Drink, E! News reports.
"I just think employment is really important right now," Lohan told press on the red carpet. The issue doesn't appear to be a major issue for the news-making star, seeing that she's appearing in Bret Easton Ellis' "The Canyons," the Lifetime movie "Liz & Dick," as well as "Scary Movie 5." Nonetheless, her concern means that, at the moment, she's going with "Mitt Romney," Lohan said. "As of now." If Obama's campaign is disappointed over losing the LiLo vote, however temporary it may be, perhaps they still have time to change her mind. For those who may be surprised by her stance, Lohan explained, "It's a long story."

I've composed myself from laughing hysterically at your post. First off, when Romney left Massachusetts as governor, he had a 34% approval rate. Doesn't sound like he was such a good businessman to me, or a governor. Right now in the polls in Massachusetts, he is down 20-30%. Doesn't sound like they thought he was such a good governor, either. I think that speaks volumes, in itself. When it comes to jobs, you can thank the republican house for that. Remember when Boehner ran for his office, he kept repeating that "where's the jobs"? Well, they have had 2 years to do some job legislation. Have they? NO! They have passed a whole bunch of women's reproductive bills, but no job bills. The president had a jobs bill. Would have put a lot of folks back to work building infrastructure. But no, can't do that. That would hurt the republicans chances of being re-elected. Your party does not want things to get better. They've made that perfectly clear. So again I say, if you want to vote for Romney, that's your right. Don't sit & tell the rest of us educated people that he would be better for this country. The rich will be the only people that will benefit from his programs, which of course, nobody has a clue about. One more thing. Hey, I have a plan to put 14 million people back to work. That's right, just because you say it, doesn't make it true.
