Lindsay Lohan recovering after hospital visitLindsay Lohan had a health scare on Sunday night that was severe enough to send the 26-year-old actress to the hospital for treatment, but her rep tells CNN that the "Liz & Dick" star is on the mend. It was asthma, Lohan's rep said, that landed the star in a New York City hospital. "Lindsay was treated and released, and is doing fine," the rep said. (According to her mother, Dina, the actress has been treated for "bronchial asthma ever since she was little," as she told The New York Daily News.)
LiLo started to feel sick over the weekend, but she didn't let it interrupt her party plans. She told The New York Post that she was recovering from pneumonia, but didn't want to miss DJ Steve Angello at Size Matters in Central Park. "I have been really sick with pneumonia but I have been working," Lohan told the paper. "I have been shooting 'Scary Movie' with Charlie Sheen. He was really great to work with and gave me some good advice about surviving in this business."

Here's a thought: QUIT SMOKING, LINDSEY!!!!!! As a person who has asthma, I can't imagine intentionally doing something that could likely trigger an asthma attack. You need to kick your worthless mother to the curb, and then you need to GROW UP. All of the trouble you have in your life, is solely brought on by no one but yourself.
Mother and daughter need to coordinate their PR spin stories before speaking to the press. One says asthma, the other pneumonia. In either case, why would anybody continue to smoke, drink and do drugs if they had either of these conditions? Real diagnosis: Psychosis

poor lilo. no one should be surprised when she acts as if the rules don't apply to her whether it's the laws we mortals live by or biological reality, etc. time and again the world has shown her she's special and rules don't apply to her. she should still be in jail but she's not, proving my point. so one day she's going to run afoul of a rule that her dubious fame and her fortune and her once-gorgeous face cannot get her out of. talking advice from Charlie Sheen is only going to hasten the day on which CNN runs the headline "Lindsay Lohan Found Dead". On the other hand, maybe she was kidding about talking advice from Sheen and said that for her own amusement. yet then again, maybe she knows she's never going to see 30, and is okay with it. you look at her life and its easy to imagine she would rather live fast, die young, and leave a great looking corpse than slow down and live what she must no doubt see as an unbearably boring ordinary life, filled with quiet desperation. I can imagine she knows deep down what kind of a life she could have if she slowed down and abandoned her crazy ways, but having seen the alternative, maybe she feels that all of us who live ordinary lives and criticize the insanity of her life only live our ordinary lives because unlike her, we have no other choice. perhaps she hears the criticism as an affirmation that boring ordinary people are secretly jealous of her. if so, is she wrong? she may never see 30, and I'd be just about willing to bet money that she won't, but it's possible she's packed more life into any 10 years of her life than most of us do in the time we have. it's just a difference of priorities

With a weird mother like hers, who is flakier than Lindsay, she never stood a chance at being "normal." She could use advice from everywhere.
