Obama: Beyonce couldn't be a better role model for my daughtersThe Kardashian family may not be welcome on the White House TVs, but we're betting that Beyonce is. President Obama attended a fundraiser hosted by the 31-year-old singer and her husband Jay-Z on Tuesday night in New York City. At the event, which took place at Jay's 40/40 Club, Obama reaffirmed his love for the superstar pair.
"To Jay and Bey, thank you so much for your friendship," Obama said, according to Politico. About 100 arrived at the fundraiser, shelling out $40,000 per person. The President joked that he has a few things in common with Jay-Z, such as their family life: "We both have daughters and our wives are more popular than we are," Obama said, giving a nod to Blue Ivy, naturally. "So, you know, we've got a little bond there. It's hard, but it's OK." He then bestowed high praise on Jay's wife, telling the crowd gathered that "Beyonce could not be a better role model for my girls." In fact, he added,"Michelle, Sasha and Malia are mad at me because they're not here." |

Obama isnt the one who organizes fundraisers like that....his followers do, in this case, Jay Z and Beyonce put it on. But yeah, it goes for all politicians. The fundraiser of the now infamous Romney video was a 50,000 a plate dinner. 10k more than this.

It's funny that a "certain portion" of America loves to talk about the Kennedy's every second of the day. That 53% of America love to talk about all of the times that Marilyn Monroe came to the white house (and many other places the president would be at). Frank Sinatra and many other celebrities came as well and partied with the president many times in Vegas. These were not during election times like this was. We all know what Marilyn was doing with the president and it had nothing to do with helping John get re-elected. Apparently every president Except Obama can have a second to relax, have some fun and actually enjoy being the president. Well I'm glad Obama is having some fun and making money at the same time.
AMAZING!! The country is in tatters, people are seriously hurting, the Middle East burns and this genius is out fundraising with sycophant Hollywood liberals. This president has played 120 rounds of golf since he was elected!!! Are you kidding me!!! We have military personnel in harms way all across the world and he can't muster the common respect for them by not playing golf while they protect us. One round of golf takes about five hours. 5 hours X 120 rounds equals 600 hours of golf!!!! Presuming he works a forty hour week which is beyond laughable, he has spent 15 WEEKS of his presidency playing golf!!! There isn't a CEO in this country who has abused his position as badly at this guy. Now, you want to add his vacations expenses to that? Probably not!! Say what you want about George Bush, but after 911, he never played golf and he vacationed at his own home in Texas. 14% unemployment, 16 trillion in debt. household income down by $5K, still in Afghanistan and you're okay with him wasting our tax dollars campaigning!!!! Do you actually think he didn't do any work while he was there? Well, it was Bush, who knows.
You can best believe that once he is re-elected-that so-called friendship is history. I couldn't agree with you more. You may not like the way she performs, but that's just entertainment, and the nature of the beast. If you don't like her, don't watch her, and keep your kiddies away, too. That's just small part of her life. They are a many faceted couple, and do a lot of good for society. They also seem to be a loving family. Some people are just not happy unless they are putting somebody else down.
