While you were working ...

Today's news you might've missed:

  • Taylor Swift, uber-rich 22-year-old, has reportedly purchased a home in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts ... a location conveniently close to her new beau, Conor Kennedy. [People]
  • Between the casting of easy-on-the-eyes Daniel Sunjata and a reported "Will and Grace" reunion, the second season of "Smash" is looking more enticing every day. Word has it Sean Hayes will reunite with Debra Messing in a "multi-episode" arc. [TVLine]
  • Gwen Stefani has officially transcended to another level of stardom: She's now "play dates with First Lady Michelle Obama" famous. [Us Weekly]
  • We're awash in adorable photos today: First up is Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively being sporty and supposedly going to the gym together, although they both look too immaculately maintained, so we're not sure we buy the "gym" part. [People]
  • And second, because we like to save the best for last: A photo of whom we presume to be Blue Ivy being bottle-fed while wearing a "Watch the Throne" top. The cute! We can't take it! [Beyonce's Tumblr]

Nothing happened while we were working today? Guess we can make our own entertainment blog. Let's see; WYWW, Britney Spears & her sister have called off their engagement. Contrary to rumors, there are apparently some things Alabama just won't allow.

It's 2004 all over again. I don't like Obama, and Romney is the republican version of John Kerry. Either bønehead will probably bømb Iran/Syria back to the stone age at the behest of the Israelis.

Understand your opinion. My worry is for the boomers and their familys. Pay into ss and receive none back when that day comes to retire. And this voucher thing mitt r plans on will kill us. Perhaps that what he wants? 'Not rich, off with their heads'

Taylor Swift is easily the best running back in pro football history. Why doesn't the article mention his football career? That guy could run.

Gwen's freakin hot. She could get a much better play date than Moo-chelle Nobama. Hopefully we only have about four more months of her & her socialist husband destroying this great country.

Right you are, sir. We can only hope the misinformed voters who were hoodwinked by the liberal media the last time around have removed their blinders and see this Chicago-style politician for who he is. BO is a Socialist. He is a Harvard Lawyer. He is not your friend. While he accuses Romney of being an elitist who is out of touch with America, he himself thinks he is better than all of you and wants to bring down the very core of our country and rebuild it with the guidelines he learned from Saul Elinsky in "Rules for Radicals" that he first read in college.

    • @?

Anybody that thinks Romney is going to save this country is crazy. Did you like Bush's policies? Romney will be Bush on steroids. Haven't you realized that trickle down economics does not help the middle class or the poor? The congress has an approval rating of 17%. They have blocked everything that would have benefited the middle class. The GOP came right out & said that they'd do nothing to help this president. So if you have the GOP saying they will do nothing, why do you think nothing is getting done. Facts are facts. If you want Bush on steroids, maybe another war, tax cuts for the rich, give big business the right to ruin our environment, and to continue to ship jobs overseas, by all means vote for Romney. I am a middle class person. The GOP does not have my best interests at heart.

Obama needs to go. He is a joke. In fact all these politicians need to bring it back and make it about the people and not about the parties. Its what the people want and not about fIllIng theIr pockets wIth our money. Obama healthcare..well that takes the cake. Some people don't have a clue what that's all about and thínk It the greatest. Hmmm..they're In for a rude awakening. I rather take a chance with Romney instead of having that clown back in office again for four more years. He surely will cripple us.

Just curious, fill us in on the healthcare that you find is such a joke? What is this rude awakening we have coming.? At least, try to be factual with your response.
