Paris Hilton makes her DJ debutKim Kardashian may have replaced her as the socialite-turned-reality-star to watch, but Paris Hilton is busy pursuing other ventures - like giving deejaying a test drive. The former "Simple Life" star got on the ones-and-twos at Brazil’s Pop Music Festival over the weekend in front of about 30,000 spectators.
It started off kinda rough - she got booed initially - but then it seems the audience chilled out and listened to what the heiress was throwing down. For an hour, the blonde celebutante attempted to show off her pop prowess by spinning hits like Rihanna’s “We Found Love,” Goyte's "Somebody That I Used to Know," and her own single, “Last Night,” produced by Afrojack. Despite the hiccups, Hilton told E! News that she had a blast. "I had so much fun deejaying at the Pop Music Festival," she said of her showcase, which followed performances by Jennifer Lopez and Kelly Clarkson. "I could not have been happier with the crowd's reaction to my set. It felt so good to be in control of the party and see everyone dancing!" She also tweeted, “Wow! What an incredible night! So happy you all loved my set! Loved watching you all smile & dance! One of the best night’s of my life!” The heiress is said to be working with Snoop Dogg and LMFAO at the moment on a new album.

lol why does everyone hate on these celebs that they don't even know?!?! She is no different than any of us, except for the fact that she has money and the option to have her life televised! The poor girl was just tryin to have fun, I'm sure. And even though she got booed, she kept going! Stop hating!
I suppose I'd be a little peeved if I paid $10 to get into the club, $15 for a drink, and then was forced to endure this amateur trying out her new hobby.
