Regis and Kathie Lee reunite on 'Today'Talk show besties Regis Philbin and Kathie Lee Gifford reported for co-hosting duties for the first time in 12 years on "Today" Wednesday. The pair joked and kidded around like old times while manning much of the last hour of the morning program, which included segments about the new movie “Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter” and a pre-taped spoof starring Philbin and “Hot in Cleveland” star Betty White.
And 80-year-old Philbin also announced that he'll host NBC’s 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular - he hasn’t been seen on TV this much since stepping down from his co-hosting gig at "Live! With Kelly" in November. (Gifford left "Live!" in 2000.) Philbin and Gifford first got together on-air in 1985. When "Today" host Matt Lauer asked Philbin to tell the audience something about his beloved Gifford that nobody else knows he replied, “Honest to God, in her heart of hearts she’s one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet in your life, because she’s always praying for you. She’s a good soul.” Gifford, 58, returned the love. “He has a deep faith and it's not just in Notre Dame,” she said in reference to his alma mater. Awww.

She looks worse than Joan Rivers.
She looks like Kelly! Well, almost. Honest mistake in him calling her that. The Kathy Lee he used to work with was neither straight haired or blone. What ever happened to looking like yourself?
You could immediately tell they had good chemistry. The jokes back and forth were great. Regis was a little bit rusty with his timing going to commercial breaks, but it wasn't a big deal. His slip up when he called Kathie Lee "Kelly" and pretended he hadn't was odd but funny.
You have to love people who love God. Just by the way they run their lives and interact with others-no envy, hate, jealousy has ever been detected with these two.
