Bobby Brown ties the knot in 'beautiful ceremony'Bobby Brown knocked out two birds with one recent trip to Honolulu. According to People magazine, the R&B singer performed with New Edition less than 24 hours prior to walking down the aisle to marry his fiancee/manager Alicia Etheridge.
Brown's rep tells CNN that the ceremony was "beautiful." The groom wore a red suit with Adidas sneakers, the footwear of choice for the newly married couple's one son together, 3-year-old Cassius, who served as ring-bearer. Brown shared an Instagram photo from the special day, which also included four adorable flower girls. The couple got engaged in 2010 at a New Edition concert after dating for close to three years. Brown, 43, was previously (and infamously) married to the late Whitney Houston, who he divorced in 2007. In addition to Cassius, Brown has one daughter, Bobbi Kristina, from his relationship with Houston, as well as three other kids.

I guess the general public forgot that Eddie Murphy broke up with Whitney Houston because of her drug use way back in the day. Bobby Brown did not cause her to do drugs. He may have been an enabler (for sure), but he didn't get her strung out. Also, he was engaged to this woman for two years before they got married, so it sounds like it had nothing to do with Whitney's passing, especially since they had been divorced for quite some time before her death. It's got to be hard on him that he gets the blame for EVERYTHING negative that happened in her life, so it wouldn't be suprising if he is drowning his sorrows in something heavy. Hopefully, his new wife won't be the enabler to him that he was to Ms. Houston.

I don't believe he is using. I believe that people who have been through addiction has the look that they are still using. A hard life. As for the comment about Whitney, do you recall when Bobby was locked up, and Whitney arrived stone and acting wild to pick him up. So, it is what it is. She used because she wanted to use. No one forced her. Beside her auntie was caught at the airport with weed, obvious the family has an addiction problem. Now, the daughter....who influence her?
I've always liked Bobby...Whitney as well.....We can admit together they were TOXIC for each other. If people EVER watched the Oprah interview with Whitney....Whitney admitted Bobby was a drinker....nothing more. Whitney was always off the chain I would hear.....Bobby would be the one composed. I don't believe for one second she 'stunted' his career. They were not the best match because of their addictions. They both had egos that wouldn't let them stop the partying. I absolutely adored Whitney Houston and prayed for her that she would leave the drugs alone. I now wish the same for Bobby. If Whit's death taught him anything it's that he can stop the drinking and whatever else he is doing and get right and live a beautiful and healthy life.
