Adam Levine to star in romantic drama with Keira KnightleyLooks like Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine won’t have to do much research to prepare for his first big film role. According to Deadline, “The Voice” personality is set to star as an aspiring musician opposite Keira Knightley in the upcoming romantic drama, “Can a Song Save Your Life."
He’ll play a bad guy of sorts, as he dumps Knightley's character, another aspiring artist, in order to pursue his own solo contract. Fortunately, it seems she may still come out on top - especially after being discovered by a "down-on-his-luck" record producer (played by Mark Ruffalo) while performing at a local bar. The film, directed by John Carney ("Once") and executive produced by Judd Apatow ("Knocked Up"), will be Levine's first. He's also nabbed a recurring role on the second season of FX’s “American Horror Story,” playing one half of another couple. It's not yet known when shooting for "Can a Song Save Your Life?" will begin, but fans can expect to see him back in his seat on "The Voice" when it returns to NBC on September 10.

I'll bet Jennifer Love Hewitt is probably pretty jealous of Keira Knightley, seeing she has such a huge crush on Adam Levine. I did not know he was going to be in American Horror story, either. I also didn't know he could even act! The things you learn from CNN.
