Michelle Rodriguez: No Oscar nod for Nicole Kidman

“Avatar” star Michelle Rodriguez may have stepped in the proverbial hornet’s nest with some eyebrow-raising comments she made in France recently.

The outspoken actress was speaking to New York magazine's Vulture last week at an amfAR event when she offered her take on Lee Daniels’ new film “The Paperboy.”

You'll also catch some of his hip action in the upcoming "Rock Of Ages," in which the 36-year-old stars alongside Alec Baldwin, whom he also got the chance to kiss.

It probably helps that the 42-year-old has been to this rodeo before, having already had two other children from a previous relationship.

“Private Practice” fans might be breathing into a paper bag right about now, because they've been hit with a one-two punch.

First, reports are flying that ABC's ordered only 13 episodes of the medical drama for the next season. And then to top it off, there are rumors that the show’s main star, Kate Walsh, could be on her way out.

Deadline reported on Walsh’s rumored potential exit Thursday as well as the abbreviated season, hinting that things aren’t looking too rosy for Shonda Rhimes' "Grey's Anatomy" spin-off.
