Night of the catsuit on 'Idol': Who wore it best?A few other things happened on "Idol" Wednesday night, aside from naming the season's winner and watching Diana DeGarmo and Ace Young hug it up after getting engaged. Other things such as those spangly, sparkly, uber-fitted catsuits worn by Chaka Khan and former "Idol" winner Fantasia Barrino. Each vocal powerhouse took the stage to perform during the season 11 finale, with Chaka donning a rust-colored number that showed off svelte curves as she rocked to her top hits along with some backup from the top 12 women finalists on "I'm Every Woman."
Perhaps a stylist backstage was trying to turn the show into a theme night, because Fantasia stepped onto the stage wearing a painted-on black, glittering catsuit as she performed "Take Me to the Pilot" along with Joshua Ledet. What seemed to catch most viewers off guard were the cut-outs running down both legs. Khan showed off her newly reduced figure which had the world of social media all abuzz wondering what method she had used to slim down. The YBF.com reported recently that the sultry singer had shed 60 pounds and that was evident during her "Idol" appearance. It looks like Chaka won this round of bodysuit-battle, and the legend told Zap2It on the red carpet Wednesday that she wouldn't mind being an "Idol" judge, should a seat at the judges' table become available. (In other words, Jennifer Lopez, you might want to make a decision.) "Yeah, I'd do it," Ms. Khan said. "They could use some truth up there."

Chaka looked "sveldt??" Really? Just look at the picture above ......you can see fat rolls and muffin tops all over the place...... and you can see her panties cutting into her..........sveldt means a long lean line with NO bulges...... get some glasses people

Chaka ruled. she is GILF. fantasia is already a has-been and she ain't been up there very long.
In the Fat Cat Suit category both gals looked enormous. Chaka is nearly 65 but looked well under 50. Fantasia is about 30 but looked nearly 50. So much for makeup and wardrobe!
American Idol needs to go off of the air. However, Chaka looked best due to her age. But both stylists should have reconsidered the choices. AMERICAN IDOL SHOULD BE CANCELED!!!

Not to be horriblly insensitive and rude, but I can't help but note how Fantasia somewhat resembles Chris Tucker in that picture. I can imagine her screaming out "LEEEEE!!!"
