McConaughey, Harrelson to star in new detective series? It looks like Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson are on the case. The actors (and real-life buds) might co-star in "True Detective," an eight-part cable series about a pair of Louisiana detectives, according to Deadline. The series will follow cops Rust Cohle (McConaughey) and Martin Hart (Harrelson), who cross paths while hunting a serial killer. The forthcoming series will reportedly be directed by "Jane Eyre’s" Cary Fukunaga, however, it has yet to find a network. McConaughey and Harrelson previously worked together on 1999's "Edtv" and 2008's "Surfer, Dude." |

I think both of these guys are pretty cool, so this would be interesting as long as MM shows up to act and doesn't just phone it in.
God, dumb and dumber. Hopefully, no one will buy this farce.
Thanks for any other excellent article. Where else could anyone get that kind of information in such a perfect way of writing? I have a presentation next week, and I'm on the search for such info.
Is it just me, or do both of them look as if they are on something.
They are both pot heads so they probably are on something. I thought that too when I looked at them. LOL.
I am so tired of this genre.
i'd rather watch Ben Browder than these two yokums!
Hope Matt showers for this role and they both are energetic enough to SHAVE!
I like both of them and look forward to the new series.
Both look like they just got out of prison. If I seen them I'd think they were criminals.
Dan is like my refridgerator, both are good for putting meat in. Except my fridge doesn't f@rt when I pull the meat out.
You seem to be an ok guy. I may have had the wrong impression of you.
Two stoned detectives looking for a killer... Bet they say fuh-kit & go to the strip club
Neither's aging well.
What will the series be called, Dopey and the Dousch?
