Russell Brand 'doing well' after divorceLooks like Russell Brand has taken the spiritual high road in regards to his ex-wife Katy Perry. The cheeky comedian and self-described yogi told People magazine that he’s “doing well” following his split from the high-profile pop star, indicating he’s not at all bitter because “he doesn’t hold on to anything negative.” “I don’t have to let anything go,” said Brand, who filed for divorce from Perry in December following 14 months of marriage. “I don’t hold on to anything negative,” he explained. “It’s the same as zero-ness.”
"You don't need to brush it off if you don’t get it on you in the first place," he said of his philosophical beliefs. “It's not about letting it go. You can't let go of something you don't hold, you know. It's meaningless, [and] much of our world is predicated on meaninglessness. And I don't do that anymore." Brand is expected to take his comedic show on the road later this year in an upcoming late night show for FX. Here’s how the British star describes his official foray into American TV: “It's a standup comedy show, and we'll talk about current affairs and analyze and deconstruct the media of the day and approach news from a humanitarian and spiritual angle, whilst keeping it simultaneously and continuously humorous,” he said.

Just because you don't understand what he's saying does not make it "a lot of nothing"...nor does it make him cold.
I think Russell is kind of cute in a quirky kind of way. I'm glad he dropped that blue haired Katy. She is way too old for him anyway. I'll bet she moves to Florida now to live in a retirement community with the rest of the blue hairs.

Sounds like he's saying a lot of nothing.
He is not cold. Just not holding onto meaningless "things" and negative feelings. It's a great way of life but requires a strong mind and soul. P.S. Pass the Jeffery.
He sounds pretty cold. I guess not much bothers him. If you get tired of your partner, just get another one.
