Tim Tebow shoots down 'Bachelor' rumors

It looks like we won't get to see Tim Tebow chastely dating after all: the NFL quarterback has tweeted that the rumors about him possibly being on "The Bachelor" are nothing more than that.

"Haha rumors can be crazy! Even though I've watched the show before, I'm definitely not gonna be on the 'Bachelor,'" he posted Tuesday.

The chatter started earlier this week after "Bachelor" host Chris Harrison dropped hints on "Access Hollywood Live."

"I think he'd be a great 'Bachelor,'" Harrison said, saying that he'd met with Tebow to discuss it. "He did say yes, but he would never do it. He does have a little job called quarterback at least for another year."

'The Muppets' take on 'Hunger Games'

Being the trendy ragtag group of characters that they are, the Muppets never fail to latch on to the hottest thing out - and in this case, that's "The Hunger Games."

Similar to their spoof on "The Hangover Part II" - with a trailer that proclaimed, "The Fuzzy Pack is Backy Back" - the parody video for the upcoming DVD release of "The Muppets" riffs on this month's adaptation of Suzanne Collins' novel.

'New Girl': How many ears does Daniel Boone have?

First things first: Spoiler alert!

There was a death on Tuesday's episode of "New Girl." But on a less morbid note, before the death there were plenty of funny moments.

After Jess injured Nick when she tackled him during a game of touch football (yes, Nick should be ashamed), she took him to see her friend, who's a doctor. Her doctor friend isn’t a gynecologist…she’s an OB-GYN, and according to Jess those aren’t the same thing.

Kirk Cameron defends views on gay marriage

Kirk Cameron lost at least one fan with his remarks about homosexuality and gay marriage last week, but the former "Growing Pains" actor is standing his ground.

He explains in a statement that he "spoke as honestly" as he could when asked about his views on "homosexuality, gay marriage and abortion" while being interviewed for his film, "Monumental," "but some people believe my responses were not loving toward those in the gay community."

Cameron continued, "That is not true. I can assuredly say that it's my life's mission to love all people."

Monkees not attending Davy Jones' private memorial

The planned private memorial service for Davy Jones won't have his fellow Monkees in attendance, a rep for the deceased star tells CNN.

“The Florida funeral service for Davy is a private family one, and Micky [Dolenz], Peter [Tork] and Mike [Nesmith] will not be attending out of respect for the family's need for privacy," Jones' rep says in a statement.

Dolenz told Billboard that he respects the family's desire for privacy, saying that having the band in attendance could disrupt that.

Yes, that was Katy Perry on 'Raising Hope'

With "Raising Hope" taking "Glee's" place on Tuesday nights for a few weeks, the Fox comedy – currently on the bubble for a third season – had to make a splash.

It doesn't hurt that series regular Shannon Woodward is besties with Katy Perry. Though if you watched Tuesday night's episode, you may not have been aware that that was Katy Perry. But we'll get to that in a moment.

As far as I can tell, "Raising Hope" is only the second TV comedy to touch on the Occupy Wall Street movement (the first being "South Park").
