Clooney's pre-Oscars prep: Basketball, and a napWhen you're George Clooney, there's no need to stress the Oscars: All the man needs is 10 minutes, and he's red carpet ready. The double Oscar nominee told us that he's feeling calm headed into the Academy Awards, saying he didn't have any nerves. "I’m happy to be here, I get to see a lot of people I like," the star said. "It’s a fun night." As his date Stacy Keibler explained, nothing happens in the Clooney house "until 10 minutes before." During the day, the actor played a little basketball, and took a nap as Keibler employed the glam squad to prep for the Oscars red carpet. But even though he may not need a lot of pre-Oscars planning, "You never take it for granted," Clooney said, "because you don’t know if you’re ever allowed back. So I’m really enjoying this night."

Generally speaking, I'm not a Clooney fan. He looked pretty yummy last night, though, I must say. Maybe he's happier? His looks don't make up for the dreck that too often comes out of his mouth, unfortunately. He's too "laddish," and frequently crude. Not my thing.
Stacy Keibler is one of the most beautiful women on the planet ... don't think anyone could do better than her!! And if they are both happy, who cares about anything else???

Really? Where did you hear that? Are you a family friend or his physician? Or are you just making unfunny, immature comments again?
I don't why, but it bothers me that George's gf is so much taller than him. They don't look good together. The last gf, the Italian woman who looked like a shorter Cindy Crawford, was hotter, and looked better next to him. Of course, it all probably an act anyway, but if he's going for what looks good, then as Angelina Jolie has said, he can do better.
I don't know why it bothers you, either. They seem to enjoy each others company. Isn't that more important than height differential or physical beauty?
