Sarah Jessica Parker: Kids can distract from marriageAccording to Sarah Jessica Parker, "kids can really distract you from your relationship," as the 46-year-old mom of three told U.K. paper the Telegraph. The actress is raising son James Wilkie, 8, and twins Tabitha and Loretta, 2, with husband Matthew Broderick. She adds, "Maybe in good ways and bad ways. It's important to have all eyes on all parts of the relationship." She and Broderick, who've been together for 20 years, have had the same relationship bumps as everyone else: "You have good days, you have decent days, and you have bad days. That's a marriage. That's a relationship. That's a friendship, even - relationships outside the marriage run the same course."
And the more offspring you have, the more challenging things get. "Going from one to three children is a much bigger adjustment than becoming a mother in the first place," SJP says. "One child in retrospect seems a cake walk compared to where I stand today." She may have more resources than most, but in the end, Parker’s still a worried mom. "Children provide a whole new set of concerns," the actress adds. "Who knows what I'll be insecure about next week?"

I am always amazed at the number of men in their 30s living in moms basement who choose to post on articles such as this. On another note... wow. 20 years married while both are in the business is amazing... and three beatiful kids to boot... congrats Sarah and Matt!
To all those congratulating her for 20 years of marriage: She hasn't been married for 20 years. She's been "together" with her spouse for 20 years, the first 6 of which they were just living together.
AND you could cut diamonds with that face.
So what is they have not been married for 20 years and shacked up for 6? Unless you are Mother Theresa, who cares? Living without being married and then marrying for this long means they were mature about their relationship and not jumping into a mistake after that first kiss or night alone.

What is wrong with all you people??? It must be hard being as perfect as of you. She is a beautiful lovely person. She works hard at her marriage of 20 years while raising 3 kids (most of us would kill for help with multiple children.) It's so easy to sit in front of computers and slam someone else instead of just being nice when you are anonimous.
Take a long look at you before you say nasty things about other people. Grandma was right...if you can't say something nice about someone (or in this case, type it) then just keep your lips closed.
Very well said!!! I'm so tired of the haters. She is still beautiful, she has a smoking hot body...and she's elected to not have a ton of plastic surgery and stuff done. Enough! And I'm very happy for her!
Finally a natural woman and successful wife and mother, and the public complains?
The local pub must have closed early so that these whiners could complain about someone with the looks and body parts God gave her, and nothing else but the talent she has displayed since childhood.
I think she is cute and love that she doesnt take all of that money and run out and get a nose job. I like her just as she is, and am pleased that she does too.
