TLC special explores what it's like to be a virginIn what sort of sounds like the reality show version of "The 40 Year Old Virgin," TLC's new special explores what it's like to be an adult who's never done the deed. Called "Virgin Diaries," the hour-long special focuses on six adults who happen to still be virgins, whether it's "by choice or by chance," the network says in a statement. The special aims to depict "the truths, anticipations, and very awkward moments that go along with trying to have sex for the very first time," the statement says. Miley Cyrus posts OWS tribute videoAs former Disney darling Miley Cyrus deals with the fallout from joking she's a 'stoner' at a recent fete, New York Magazine's Vulture reports that she's getting political. The now 19-year-old singer/actress posted a homemade video in support of the Occupy Wall Street protesters to her YouTube account last week. Comedian Patrice O'Neal diesThe booking agent for Patrice O'Neal has confirmed to CNN that the comedian and entertainer died Tuesday morning following an illness. He was 41. "Many of us have lost a close and loved friend; all of us have lost a true comic genius," O'Neal's agent says in a statement. "His mother, who was also his best friend, was at his side." O'Neal's passing was due to complications from a stroke O'Neal suffered on October 19. According to People magazine, the stroke was related to diabetes. |
