Chelsea Handler sticks with E! for two more yearsAccording to the New York Post, Chelsea Handler is one generous boss. After landing a reported $25 million two-year renewal contract with E! for “Chelsea Lately,” the hilarious host supposedly gave each of her 138 staffers a nice thank you gift: $1,000 cash. (Then again, if you had $25 million coming in over two years, you can probably afford to hand out $138,000.) Handler, 36, will reportedly continue to host and executive-produce her late-night show under the new contract, and additionally she’ll produce and develop projects through her Borderline Amazing Productions.
Borderline, which also produces her spinoff “After Lately,” will have a first-look deal with NBC Universal and E!. “Chelsea Lately” started airing in 2007, and is now set to run through (at least) 2014. As if she weren’t wearing enough hats, Chelsea is also doing more at NBC. The network is producing a series called “Are You There, Chelsea?” based on Handler’s hit book, “Are You There, Vodka? It’s Me, Chelsea.” The star will appear on the show, and, as per usual, executive-produce.

If you watched the show you'd know she met Jennifer Aniston by having her as a guest on the show. So clearly she was doing something right prior to that.
