NBC lands Jack Black comedy seriesFunnyman Jack Black’s stepping behind the camera to produce an upcoming comedy series. According to the Hollywood Reporter, NBC is developing a show with the comedian. NBC has given a script commitment to the currently untitled show, which has a modern premise: an Internet love story. The script, from “30 Minutes or Less” writer Michael Diliberti, follows two “sweet but colossally unfit young people who meet online and fall into a sudden, uncontrollable bout of true love, much to the disapproval of most everyone in their lives.” Do you think you would tune in?

I think it would make a good show, however, Jack Black ideally would be in a show where he's in a band though. Not a famous band but a normal local band trying to make it big but having to work normal day jobs. We all know those guys, Jack Black is a comedy and musical genius when it comes to rock.
only if they have a farting contest.

NBC has some pretty great prime-time shows these days (30 Rock, Parks & Rec, Community), so maybe it'll add to a great Thursday line-up.

I loooove Jack Black and will watch anything that has to do with him. Munster, I couldn't agree more. If I could go out with anyone in the film industry, it would be Jack. Sorry, Mrs. Black!!

Mr. Black is an awkwardly funny everyman. Mimicking the goofball in all of us. I'll watch it.
Jack Black is strangely hot. This could work, me thinks. *shrug* I like guys that make me laugh, hence my over whelming love for trolls. =] I can't wait, today is another day and there's trollin to be had.
