Boyz II Men teams with Bieber for Christmas albumIt's already the holidays for Justin Bieber and Boyz II Men. The Canadian tween heartthrob has wrangled the '90s R&B hitmakers to create holiday magic on his upcoming album, reports MTV. ”2day i woke up and realized that the group that made me want to sing @BoyzIIMen are now on the christmas album singing with me. #DREAMBIG,” Biebs tweeted Tuesday of working with his idols. “i used 2 listen to their music and practice the runs. that is how i learned how to sing. now im in the studio with them making music 2gether..."im telling you...never say never...never stop dreaming....never give up. #DREAMBIG. @BoyzIIMen Im honored and blessed. thank u."
Boyz II Men’s Shawn Stockman returned the compliment, tweeting “we got love for u lil bro!! Thank YOU, and Thanx for everything u do for ur fans!! I KNOW they appreciate it.” This isn’t the first time J Biebs has worked with the R&B group. The trio appeared in Justin’s movie, "Never Say Never," earlier this year. And don’t think this album is going to be rehashed classics, because it will reportedly be comprised of all-new, original Christmas tunes. In fact, Boyz II Men are the latest stars to join the holiday merry-making. We've learned via Twitter that Sean Kingston and Taylor Swift have also collaborated on the record. There is no release date yet for the star-studded album, but Biebs has hinted that you won’t have to wait until the holidays. "Thinking about starting christmas early...like november. #newmusic."

Part of me wants to like Beiber, just because he's uncool and hated.
But his music is very boring, which is the big problem. If he had substance, he'd be OK, despite the hype and teeny bopper fan girls. Michael Jackson had that, but he also had substance.

I barely remember what Boyz II Men sound like... Have no idea what this kid sounds like. I just know he's insanely popular with teenage girls and cougars alike, but I can't imagine their being any similarities between their songs, styles of music.

So many talented entertainers like Buddy Holly, Jim Croce and Ronnie Van Zant die young, yet, this no-talent hack continues to exist. There's truly no justice.

I agree with you totally. Although the last "pretty boy" boy bands out there were NSync and Backstreet Boys and they actually had some talent (even though some of their songs were annying). Since then it has been all down hill and now the music industry produces TALENTLESS pretty boy/femenine males (maybe?) who is a poser who can only attract 10 or 11 year old girls to his/her music

I have officially lost all respect for Boyz II Men for publicly associating themselves with this no talent she-male wanna be musician. I used to be a fan but since Boyz II Men has been out of the lime light for so long maybe this is just a publicity stunt for them, and a poor one at that!
