Craig Ferguson makes light of anthrax scareIt's a comic's job to find humor in even the scariest situations and late night talk show host Craig Ferguson did just that. After an anthrax scare at the CBS studio of "The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" he tweeted, "Ack!Someone mailed my show white powder & claimed it was anthrax. I'm not a big fan of that sort of thing. #thanksFBI&LAPD&LAFD&CBSsecurity [sic]." During his monologue on his Tuesday night show, Ferguson told his audience that "an envelope packed with white powder" had been mailed to his studio, which caused the show's taping to run late. Joking about his past battle with drugs and alcohol, he laughingly said he offered to test the powder, but police declined. “Nowadays white powder in the mail is a bad thing," he said. "I called CBS security and they said, ‘We’re busy.’" All ended well after an evacuation of the studio, Ferguson said. Watch the monologue here:

Isn't it interesting that both Craig and Dave (of CBS) had some sort of "terrorist-type" scare this week? Hmm, does this smell like a CBS late night TV publicity stunt to maybe help with ratings?
Geoff kind of admitted he was the culprit on last night's show.

thought Craigs monologue, was funny, hes the best late night host on tv, his interview with the interns was hilarious!!!Good Job, Craig and Geoff!!!!
Was it a new haircut or did he just not have time to get it styled due to the evacuation? That's all I could think about. The stuff with the interns was priceless. I love it when he tortures regular people, and the male intern looked like one of the hipster idiots from Fallon's audience.
Craig and Geoff are the only reason I watch late night television. No one else even comes close. Too bad the week in Paris were his worst shows. I was really hoping to see something special there. If you want to take a vacation, take a vacation, guys. Don't force us to watch the slides. You must know how bad that was.
The Paris trip did seem poorly planned. Those of us with a Kristen Bell crush had little to complain about though.

Craig is the funniest guy in late night. When the writers strike happened and the late night guys were either terrible or took a vacation, Craig was still working and still funny.
Ok I will go ahead and say it, I want to snort some white powder off his butthole.
