After taking a fall, though, he landed at the DePaul Health Center emergency room, reports Rolling Stone. "The Lou was good but I busted my...head at the sk8park!" Wayne tweeted Monday. "9stitches! Gnarly gash over my left eye! Luv the people." The 28-year-old is gearing up for a performance at the MTV Video Music Awards this Sunday, and is set to release his album, "Tha Carter IV," immediately after the show on the Web. |

Oh my god, nothing wrong with skateboarding. One of the hardest SPORTS out there. I admire anyone that can skate well. Lil wayne stop trying to be a skateboarder just because the clothes are "in style". I like his music but I hate how five years ago he used to dress like a "gangster" and now it looks like he shops at Zumiez like the rest of the posers.

And this is news...how? It was a skateboarding incident that doesn't bear mentioning, but I promise to laugh my a** off when it shows up on "It Only Hurts When I Laugh". Undoubtedly, homeboy is going to milk it for all he can simply because he's a...a...well, "artist" isn't accurate, and "performer" doesn't hit it..."doof". Middle aged white mom who really enjoys Lil Wayne's music and saw him recently. Not being racist or anything but I'm sorry.....his pants don't fit. White, black, yellow or even black and yellow.....That young man's pants don't fit,. Kept pulling his drawers up the whole show. This could have been the cause for his falling off his skateboard...or the fact he's a little rusty now that he's on tour. But his pants on the ground....yup...I bet that's what made him fall....the pants on the ground.
