The 8 'Entourage' moments that kept us watching

Vinny Chase and the guys will return to the tube on Sunday for “Entourage’s” final season.

From countless celebrity cameos to several highly anticipated fictional films, the HBO comedy has racked up a number of memorable moments in its seven years. We're the first to admit that sometimes we wanted to love "Entourage" more than we actually did, but there were still plenty of scenes that reminded us of why we'd gotten hooked in the first place.

To usher in the eighth and final season, we're recounting eight moments that kept us coming back for more:

1. Val Kilmer finds his niche

In the first season's “The Script And The Sherpa,” the guys go with Vince’s annoying fling to visit her sherpa, played by Val Kilmer, for some “herbal supplements.”

2. The better man: Turtle-versus-Drama style

One memorable moment from season 2 takes place during “The Sundance Kids” when Turtle and Drama go head-to-head for the same woman.

3. Vince's premiere-worthy woman

Season three is full of classic scenes, like when Vince and the boys decide to take their mothers to the “Aquaman” premiere in “Aquamom.”

4. Living the roof-top high life

Speaking of “Aquaman,” it was great watching Vince celebrate the film’s box office success on a rooftop in “One Day In The Valley.”

5. Drama's ultimate misunderstanding

Another gem comes from “Vegas Baby! Vegas!” Who doesn’t remember Drama’s run-in with Ken, the footballer-turned-masseuse?

6. Favorite Hollywood realism

Season 4’s “Medellin” was one of the most anticipated episodes of the series. Everyone wanted to go behind the scenes of the fictional film.

7. Sorkin shuts down the typically infallible Ari Gold

Aaron Sorkin appeared in season 6’s “The Sorkin Notes” as one of Andrew Klein’s clients.

8. Drama gets into caricature

Season 7’s “Tequila and Coke” reminded us why we love Drama. When Billy Walsh asked him to voice a misunderstood Gorilla, he literally went bananas.

Best episode of the series, hands down, is toward the end of season 2 when Ari is fired from his original agency. The complete meltdown he has, insulting Lloyd/begging him to join him, right down to dancing in the street with Mrs. Ari to Stevie Wonder – perfect. It's always been my favorite, start to finish.

The Comic Con episode and the Cannes episodes are my favorites. You get to see Johnny Drama at his best.

Bad list! Everyone knows Ari with the paintball gun and Matt Damon screaming for his check are the two greatest moments in the show!

I agree with you, especially with the paintball scene. I also loved him drag racing with Adam Davies, then later slapping him.."a bi@#$ slap for a Bi@@#!!"
