School's out, but the 'Glee' cast stays in sessionJust because McKinley High's done for the summer doesn't mean the talented "Glee" cast is taking a break. Fourteen of the show's cast members plus a couple of Warblers are staying busy with an international tour and plenty of other projects until the addicting show begins again in the fall. Although Chris Colfer is joining the main crew in the "Glee Live! In Concert!" tour throughout the U.S., U.K. and Ireland until July, the 21-year-old recently announced he has signed a two-book deal with Little, Brown Books. "When I was 10-years-old, I promised myself that if I ever had the opportunity to write this book, I would jump at the chance,” he said in a press release. “This book has been at the core of my imagination for a long time and I’m excited and nervous to share it.” Sounds like Colfer is taking on quite the workload, along with writing the script for a Disney Channel pilot. Will Schuester might have made the decision to forgo Broadway for the New Directions, but Matthew Morrison won’t be going on tour. Instead, Morrison is working to promote his solo album, released in May, with solo performances and will then join the New Kids on the Block/Backstreet Boys tour from July to August. Following suit with Morrison and Mark Salling's forays into the recording world, Naya Rivera just announced a record deal with Columbia Records, and she plans to begin recording the album after the tour. While you might imagine Sue Sylvester spends her summers plotting against the “Glee” club, Jane Lynch is occupied filming her upcoming movie “The Three Stooges” in Atlanta. She’s also going to be hosting the Emmys in September. Lynch added in a statement, "I'm looking forward to singing, dancing and sporting my finest tracksuit." What do the Gleeks think about these summer plans? Who has a ticket to watch the cast perform at a live show? |

Saw them last night and they were AMAZING!
Seeing them on 6/14 in Cleveland... Can't Wait!!
It amazes me why all the Glee bashers click on the article, it Glee sucks so much why are you on this page?
To all of you sicko's out here dissing Glee. Is that really necessary for you to be so frigging vulger? You guys are sick and perverted. I guess the shows you all watch are so much better than Glee. Let me guess I bet you idiots watch trash TV like Jersey Shore or any other show on MTV that you would like to name.
If you ever wondered about the cause of the decline in the entertainment industry, just watch this show.
Someone please stop Chris Colfer from singing. The annoying little castrato has the worst voice on the show. He is not a woman, no matter how many Babs songs he tries to sing. And no, this is not an anti-gay comment. He just has an amzaingly irritating voice.
I agree. Way too creepy, and I don't like his voice. I look away whenever he comes on – I can't watch! Of course, if my wife isn't watching with me, I zip through all but the songs. The whole show has become pointless...
Hey boys and girls... Can you say 'Dumb and Dumber'? If American tv watchers werent dumned down before well they sure as h*ll are now!
I'm going to see the show at the O2 arena in London on 26 June with my daughter and I can't wait!
All this goober lickn goodness is giving me a big bone-r. Hurry someone and sling some goober juice in my face.
Not really a glee fan. I think a full season of the show is enough. Having all this summer stuff in addition to the show is too much. Fox is just shoving it down our throats. Its not that good to begin with so I guess maybe they do need all the hype.
They may be shoving it down our throats, but the Show in Philly that my daughter went to was sold out, as most of the Glee shows are. We keep buying the tickets, they'll keep showing up. BTW daughter said the show was worth every penny, she absolutely loved it!
Your comment is completely asinine. “Fox is just shoving it down our throats”? Are you kidding me? As far as the concert, don’t go! As for the show, don’t watch! You’re just proof that there’s no hope for humanity.
To the troll..stop being an azz with people.
It would be funny if that fat one dropped a big steamy melvin on stage and by accident wheelchair boy ran thru it and skidded off the front of the stage then tumbled into the orchestra pit...LMAO!!!
DONT KNOW WHOS JACKING MY NAME BUT IF YOUR GONNA DO IT AND PRETEND TO BE ME AT LEAST COME CLOSE TO MY I.Q. LEVEL. THEY SAY IMITATION IS THE SINCEREST FORM OF FLATTERY BUT COME ON NOW! YOU CANT BE IMITATING ME IF YOUR THAT STUPID/IGNORANT. BESIDES EVERYONES GONNA KNOW YOUR A FAKE JUST BY YOUR IDIOTIC RAMBLINGS ALONE. GO COPY SOMEONE ELSE AND LEAVE ME ALONE. IM OFFENDED B/C YOUR SUCH A RETARD.
Honey, I hate to tell you this, but a single digit IQ is nothing to be proud of. Maybe someday, when you learn to spell and use real words, you can actually move into the double digits!
Traveling azz banditry.
Wheelchair-boy reminds me of Dr Scott from the Rocky Horror Picture Show.
omg, this show is my fav!!!!!!!!!!
They put that chubby one in the back but you can still see it.
Oooooooh, Fabulous!
Oh my goodness...this is GayLicious!!
