Naya Rivera: I feel lucky to play 'Glee's' Santana

"Glee" mean girl Santana struggled for weeks with her sexuality before finally admitting her true feelings for fellow Cheerio Brittany. While Santana may have had a tough time addressing the fact that she is a lesbian, Naya Rivera, the actress who portrays her, couldn't be happier.

"I didn't know where they were going to take the story line, but I ended up having a lot of fun playing with it," she tells the L.A. Times. "I've gotten to show off different sides of who Santana is, and I've gotten an overwhelmingly great response."

In fact, Rivera says, it was the show's fans who pushed for BFFs Brittany and Santana to become an item. "Who knows if the writers would have taken that relationship so seriously if there hadn't been such an outpouring for them to get together," she says.

'Bachelorette' returns with more drunken goodness

Last night's season premiere of "The Bachelorette" began by reminding us that Ashley Hebert could have won Brad Womack's heart earlier this year on "The Bachelor," but failed to do so.

Ashley informed us that as "The Bachelorette," she's learned from her mistakes and is ready to make things right. And since she goes to dental school in Philadelphia, making things right apparently involves mimicking the "Rocky" pose, which may be city law.

Chris Harrison welcomed us back to the manor for the new season with, as always, a look at some of Ashley's suitors. (At least two of them expressed hope that this year's "Bachelorette" was last year's "Bachelor" winner, Emily Maynard. Well, she appears to be single again...)

Lenny Kravitz to rock 'The Hunger Games'

The big-screen adaptation of Suzanne Collins' blockbuster book "The Hunger Games" is really going to rock now that musician Lenny Kravitz has joined the cast.

Kravitz has signed on as Cinna, the fashion stylist who helps dress heroine Katniss Everdeen for the televised death matches, according to the Hollywood Reporter. It's Cinna's incredible designs that play a crucial role in how Katniss performs in the games.

"When I saw Lenny's work in 'Precious,' I was just knocked out," director Gary Ross said of Kravitz, who has also appeared in "The Diving Bell and the Butterfly" and "Zoolander." "It was quiet and strong and understated and open-hearted: all qualities which define this character."

"The Hunger Games," which stars Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss, Josh Hutcherson as her fellow competitor/love interest Peeta and Liam Hemsworth as her childhood friend Gale, is set for release on March 23, 2012.
