Jane Lynch to play a nun in 'Three Stooges'Jane Lynch might play a holy terror on "Glee," but she's getting more saintly for her next role: The actress has been cast as a nun in the upcoming "Three Stooges" movie. According to Deadline, Lynch will play the Mother Superior of an orphanage where Larry, Moe and Curly are raised—and she'll do anything to get them adopted and out of her hair. Oscar winner Cher was previously attached to the role. As you know well by now, Sean Hayes has been cast as Larry, Will Sasso will play Curly, and Chris Diamantopoulos is the front-runner for Moe. The Farrelly brothers comedy, which consists of three 27-minute shorts of typical Stooge high jinks, is set to begin rehearsals next week, according to the Hollywood Reporter. |
