Kirstie Alley won't be putting up her feet once her time on "Dancing With the Stars" comes to an end. The actress has two TV projects in the pipeline, according to TV Squad.
"I have a series being written for me right now that I really love the concept of," Alley told AOL TV, adding that the new show is "sort of Virginia Woolf."
"They're doing it for TV Land and I like those guys," she said. "They are really bringing comedy back."
Besides the TV Land series, Alley—who previously starred in "Cheers," "Veronica's Closet," "Fat Actress" and "Kirstie Alley's Big Life," also has a cable show in the works.
"I have some people writing [a potential series] for me for HBO," she said.
Though Alley is thrilled at the prospect of getting her own shows, she is setting her sights even higher.
"I really want my own movies," she said. "I'm selfish, what can I say?"
