'The Killing' star to play Brad Pitt's on-screen wifeTwo of the stars from AMC’s “The Killing” are slaying the competition. Both Mireille Enos, who portrays Detective Sarah Linden on the show, and Joel Kinnaman, who plays the other detective, Stephen Holder, have snagged major feature film roles, according to the Hollywood Reporter. Enos is in talks to star as Brad Pitt’s wife in the actor’s upcoming adaptation of Max Brooks’ “World War Z.” Pitt himself is starring as a U.N. worker in the movie, which recounts a global zombie apocalypse through the first-hand accounts of those who survived it. Marc Forster is on hand as director, and the movie will begin filming in locations like London and Malta in June. Enos’ co-star Kinnaman, meanwhile, is teaming up with Denzel Washington and Ryan Reynolds for the thriller “Safe House.” The movie tells the story of a CIA agent (played by Reynolds) who survives an attack on an agency-operated safe house and finds himself attempting to transport a dangerous prisoner (Washington) to another one. Kinnaman shows up in the storyline as an operator of another safe house that Reynolds and Washington’s characters travel to. “Safe House," which also stars Vera Farmiga, Brendan Gleeson and Tim McGraw, is scheduled to arrive in February, 2012. |

Wow WW Z sounds likes its gonna be AWFUL!! Plus, how do you make a zombie movie PG-13? The world needs more R ratings!!!
Is that an actress?
This is fantastic news! I heard she takes a big dump on Brad Pitt's face! 🙂
Is that Jim Carrey's sister? :))
The show is really good.
Think that woman has enough teeth?
world war z is gonna be awful. while i have no prob with brad pitt or the actress above or pg-13 (which is the rating they*re making this under) movies in general, this very much needs a R rating to be told properly. they*re missing the whole point of this movie.
This show (The Killing) is brilliant...
I agree – I really like it so far. All of the actors are excellent especially the actors playing Rosie Larson's parents.
Wow is that a bad picture.
