"Parenthood" star Lauren Graham is hitting the books — or make that the bookshelves. The actress is set to release her first novel with Random House.
"Any Gilmore Girl fans out there? We've got actress Lauren Graham's debut novel, YOU'LL NEVER MAKE IT," the company announced in a tweet yesterday.
The book, added the publishing house, "is semi-autobiographical about [a] struggling actress in NYC in mid-90s who waits tables as she hopes for [her] big break."
Though Random House hasn't yet set a publication date for Graham's debut novel, it did say, "[We] read early pages and it's fun."
"You'll Never Make It" will be available online and in bookstores worldwide.
