Emma Stone talks boys and Brangelina

She had no problem getting guys in last year's hit comedy "Easy A," but Emma Stone admits her own dating life is a bit more complicated.

“Honestly, I cannot put a finger on it. One guy could do something that I would find deplorable, and [with] another guy I’d find it charming…. It depends on the person," Stone tells the May issue of Glamour.

So just what is she looking for in a man? "The one thing that needs to be there is that indefinable spark of sorts," she explains. "But I’m 22 years old…. I have no idea what I’m talking about."

The actress knows exactly what she's doing career-wise, at least: Her hilarious turn in "Easy A" made Hollywood take notice and earned her a Golden Globe nomination.

"I didn’t expect it at all. And I got to sit next to Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie [at the ceremony]," Stone tells Glamour. "My mom was with me; she was my date. She was saying things [to them] like, 'Do you have kids? Let me tell you something.' I was like, 'Mom, you know they have kids. It’s Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. You are aware they have kids.' It was so awesome.'"

Next up for Stone: the movies "Crazy, Stupid, Love" and "The Help," both out this year, and the much-anticipated "The Amazing Spider-Man," due in 2012.

"It’s different than anything else I’ve done," says Stone, who plays Peter Parker's gal pal Gwen Stacy. "There’s a lot of blue screen. The other day I was reacting to a thing that wasn’t there. It’s like being a kid in a refrigerator box."
