Charlie Sheen makes surprise appearance on 'Jimmy Kimmel'

Jimmy Kimmel's audience certainly seemed to be winning when Charlie Sheen made a surprise appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" last night.

Kimmel was interviewing HDNet owner Mark Cuban and asked him about Sheen, who is reportedly in talks for a show on Cuban's network.

"Charlie's a smart guy. He doesn't get near the credit that he deserves for being smart," said Cuban, when Sheen—holding a bag—suddenly walked out, greeted the audience and kissed Kimmel on the lips.

"Dude, you forgot your merchandise at my house today," Sheen told Cuban before opening the bag, taking out some T-shirts — featuring his face and a "Winning" logo as well as one with a kitten and the catchphrase "I Have Tiger's Blood in Me" — and handing them out to the audience.

Turning to Kimmel, Sheen said, "Your lips are very moist," and gave the confused host a mug with a fox on it - perhaps a not-so-veiled reference to Sheen's reported meeting with Fox Sports last Thursday. According to Deadline, the troubled actor had an exploratory conversation with top executives, though no specific show ideas were pitched.

Meanwhile, Sheen's co-star Jon Cryer already has a new gig lined up. The New York Times reports that he'll appear in the New York Philharmonic's upcoming production of the musical "Company," playing the pot-smoking pal of a single guy, portrayed by fellow CBS star Neil Patrick Harris.

I read these messages from so-called friends of Sheen. What a list of bimbos! You have Balwin giving advice to Sheen when he has problems figuring out how to tie his tie. All of these freaks just want to get a little of the spotlight. It wouldn't surprise me if they are envious of Sheen and what he is doing. What are they all going to say when Sheen goes back to the tube with his show and all is well. All of these so-called experts in medicine, etc. are starting to look like fools. Everybody is so quick to come out and criticize the guy without any firsthand knowledge of what he has taken and drank, etc. All of them should keep their mouths shut till they know the truth. Even the judge who granted custody to the soon to be ex-wife is a fool. He gave the kids back to a woman who has a revolving credit card at the rehabs of Southern L.A. In fact, when he gave the kids back to her she was in a rehab center. If the media would quit what they are doing, then all of this would die down and it would all work out for the best. This so-called Dr. Drew is one of the worse of the lot. Look at how many of his tv people are still straight after one of his classes. Not many. A couple have ended up on a slab! As for Sheen, he needs to cool his jets and take a break from busting people's balls. Spend some down time, then go back to work. CBS is already begging. I wonder if they have asked Lorre to leave yet! We'll have to wait till next season.

Charlie – anything for money huh? I think all soon to be washed up celebs should take a lesson from him. Keep your name in lights and your eye on the prize at all costs. Very nice strategy!

I would love to think this was all a publicity stunt. But I think it's a bit more and Charlie won't be "winning" much longer. But I do love that saying.."WINNING"..is awesome.

Much as I love Charlie Sheen's persona, I'm still scared for him when or if he should ever come down from his winning ways.

I think that Charlie Sheen knows exactly what he is doing. He doesn't make millions of dollars for nothing.I knew that it was just a matter of time before he was offered hie job back. But you better believe that it will be for more money.

Charlie IS smart! He certainly gets more time on screen and in the press than from the character he played on 3&1/2Men. Charlie bashers don't have the ability to separate Hollywood from real world and don't know when they have been duped to displaying their ignorance. Charlie is the ultimate alchemist. He turns lemons into gold.

I used to really like Charlie Sheen and I loved his show, but lately I'm so tired of seeing him and his self centered ways. There is talk that he might go back to his show, but I won't be watching. He is an unappreciative nut job who truly feels he is above everyone. I can't stand people like that.
