Meet the new cast of 'Dancing with the Stars'

The 12th season of "Dancing with the Stars" premieres March 21, and the 11 celebrities who will compete for the Mirrorball Trophy have been revealed.  What do you think of this season's "Dancing with the Stars" cast?

Chris Jericho - The wrestler, author and musician may be a better fit for "Skating with the Stars."  Jericho's dad, Ted Irvine, played in the National Hockey League for 15 seasons.

Romeo - The rapper and actor hopes to have better show success than his hip-hop mogul father Master P, who bumbled and stumbled his way to a seventh-place finish in season two.

Wendy Williams - The syndicated TV talk show host likes to refer to herself as the "Queen of All Media."

Kendra Wilkinson - The model and TV personality has made a career out of appearing on reality shows, starring in "The Girls Next Door" and "Kendra" for E!

Ralph Macchio - The original "Karate Kid" shouldn't worry about having his legs swept from under him during the competition.  Nevertheless, I'm sad that neither Billy Zabka nor Martin Kove were tapped for this season.

Sugar Ray Leonard - The boxing legend had a habit of frequently retiring and un-retiring during his ring career.  I'm pretty sure that's not allowed on the dance floor.

Petra Nemcova - The supermodel and activist survived the 2004 Asian tsunami, and founded the Happy Hearts Fund, a non-profit organization that helps children in natural disaster zones.

Chelsea Kane - The actress, who recently changed her professional name from Chelsea Staub, starred on the Disney Channel series "JONAS."  Since I'm not a preteen, I really don't know who this woman is, no matter what name she uses.

Kirstie Alley - The Emmy award-winning "Cheers" actress hopes to see her career revived on the dance floor.

Hines Ward - With the National Football League facing a potential lockout, it's no wonder the Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver is looking at new career options.

Mike Catherwood - He co-hosts the syndicated radio show "Loveline" with Dr. Drew Pinsky, and may have successfully stretched the definition of "star" for this show.

KENDRA?!!! Are you people for real? She is corny and she is famously relevant because she is a white girl who seems to have a touch of flavor off the beaten path. She is pathetically without any talent other than pitching deals on reality shows. Great idea!.I think I will pitch a few myself!

Get a clue! they have to get people who suck in the lineup so they have someone to eliminate early. Makes it easy for the judges.

I have watched for all the seasons except the first. This line-up is just bad. Only two people who have actually been stars. When did they decide to change the show from dancing with the stars to dancing with whoever says yes and needs a career boost?

I'm excited to see Ralph Macchio- I had a crush on him when I was little! Kirstie Alley is always funny, and Chris Jerico is a hottie. Petra Nemkova is cool, and is a survivor of the tsami, so I hope she does well. As disgusted I am that she shared Hugh Hefner with two other women (YUCK!) Kendra does seem to have a sense of humor and might be fun to watch.
As usual, there are plenty of non-celebs, they should call it "Dancing with Just A Few Stars and Random People" lol. Wendy Williams is soooo annoyning to me for some reason.

Unfortunately, they are getting one celebrity per demographic but that is not enough to get people watching. They need more likable people. I'm not going to watch a whole season just because I like Kendra. I need to like more than just her for me to watch the show each week. Very disappointing cast.

ah yes, another DWTS season filled with a bunch of has-beens, nobodys, and reality stars that has me choosing yet again not to watch. the only ones I'd care to watch would be Kendra as I think she'll surprise everybody and do well. Kirstie will likely be booted early on, if not the first to go as I just can't see her doing well enough to last more than one or 2 shows.

I would like to bring attention to Charlie Sheen. I think the producers/directors tried to cut him and he cut first.
I think he is getting his head together and will prove me right. Everyone that has a brain should be standing
    beside Charlie Sheen.

@ Barb - you are kidding, right? Charlie Sheen is an idiot and a jerk, and a drug addict. He's psycho and rude. Why in the world are all the TV networks interviewing him over & over? I am so sick of seeing him on TV everyday. He has hurt a coupld hundred people who are out of jobs now, because of his erractic behavior.
No way would I ever stand beside him !!!!

And Posh-Kenneth is??? Pretty dumb sounding if you ask me.

Posh-Kenneth, I did not imply anyone being an adult or not being an adult. Your assumptions are not valid.

@Clark- then what names in the Clark-lexicon are acceptable? Oh right... no one gives a shet. Dumb to you, nickname for me. You say tomato, I say stfu and gtfo.

and as for you 'wow', my point is still valid because it's mine. I don't retract what I said nor do I need or require your validation for my opinions. I don't see lololol being anymore or less acceptable than wow seeing as niether say anything about you, far as I can tell you're both anonymous and synonymous.

      hey Posh,
don't worry bro, I get ya. Clark's your typical uneducated yankee dingle berry. His name comes from a popular British show called Skins. Try stepping outside your cowtown self for a second there champ and you might learn a thing or two.

And wow... you're name is dumb, so for you to go after lol is pot calling the kettle black. Also, y u so mad? u keep trying to prove everyone's opinions as invalid because they obviously don't match yours. way to push conformity you american tool.

You make me think of the fat one amongst a group of friends, you're not that pretty, no particular talents, but at least you have being right. You must be a woman, only women try to make others feel like they dont count or matter just to be 'right' in their mind.

    Oh. My. God.

I thought they actually have to be *stars* to be on the show, but I was wrong...
Although Ralph Macchio may surprise you. He's looking pretty good...I saw him on an episode of "Psych" not long ago, and he's still slim and trim.

Wendy Williams? The only thing she's queen of is her own ego!

What kind of a show is this going to be this season.......... UGH, does not sound interesting to me, it's as bad as when ABC put The Situation on there, or Kate Gossling.
